General Information

When you make your reservation please inform Casa de Panque of the time of your arrival, as well as other details you consider worth mentioning. You can use the Special Requests box during your reservation or contact Casa de Panque through the following channels:

Terms of Payment

In order to guarantee the confirmation of the reservation, you will be charged an advance of 50% of the total cost of your reservation.

Please note that Casa de Panque will only confirm your reservation after confirming the transaction of 50% of the total cost of your reservation.

The other 50% must be paid up to 30 days before the check-in date or other special conditions agreed upon with Casa de Panque.

All details regarding payment will be present in the e-mail you will receive after submitting your reservation.

You may cancel your reservation for free up to 90 days before the date of your arrival.

50% of the full cost will be charged if you cancel at any time closer than 90 days to your arrival date.

In case of cancellation, the 50% reservation confirmation amount will be kept as cancellation compensation.


Refundable 200€ damage deposit.

Free private parking at the location (reservation not required).


Stay of pets only through previous inquiry. Please use the (Special reservation requests) field to inquire about the admittance of animals.
